The Southern Idaho Workforce Model (SIWM), built over 30 years, has evolved to address the numerous and changing aspects of workforce issues in the region. The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) serves as the foundation for the region's extensive workforce training and business tailored support entity. CSI has been immensely successful in building an economic development foundations within its education system, to train and equip a regional workforce to meet the vast array of industry needs.
