"Gateway to a Good Life"
The City of Gooding serves as the county seat of Gooding County with a population of 3,473. Located just north of Wendell and west of Shoshone, there are many recreation activities to enjoy. With access to US-26 and close proximity to I-84, the city is an attractive location for business expansion projects like that of Glanbia which chose a local site for those very reasons.
Local small businesses include Gooding Hotel B&B, Stampede Burger, and Zeppes Pizza & Subs among others. The City of Gooding is also the location of the Idaho School for the Deaf & Blind.

WATCH: Little City of RocksJust 12.5 miles north of Gooding lies the Little City of Rocks. Like a miniature version of southern Idaho's larger City of Rocks National Preserve, Little City of Rocks features rock formations just as bizarre without the crowds. This is an excellent destination for biking, hiking, and rock climbing.
