Twin Falls is located midway between Boise and Pocatello and south of Sun Valley. Twin Falls, the hub of Southern Idaho, is a vibrant city of more than 47,000 people and home to over half of the county's nearly 80,000. The city sits at a high-desert elevation of 3,745 with the Snake River Canyon at the north edge, Nevada to the south, and the distant Sawtooth Mountains rimming the northern horizon.
